The hotel owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had balconies. Great location near metro and mini market. Will definitely come again.

The location was convenient, being close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Close to train and tram stations. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, and bread provided.

Loved the beautiful garden and terrace, great for relaxing and sipping tea. The shared kitchen was handy, although I preferred to let the staff do all the cooking for me. Oh, and the location was just perfect, so many interesting things were within walking distance!

The street outside wasn't exactly like a fairytale, but hey, at least it added some excitement to my stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel close to public transportation and the airport. The receptionist at Konak Bella 3 kindly agreed to an early check-in, which was exactly what we needed. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and we were impressed with the amenities provided such as the air conditioning, mini fridge, and TV. We especially appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of Melike, one of the staff members. She went above and beyond by allowing us to use the bathroom even after we checked out. The price for the room was also very reasonable. The car park, equipped with camera surveillance, offered a sense of security.

I arrived at midnight, only to find out that my room, which I had booked three months in advance, was not available. The front desk staff did not speak English, but with the help of Google Translate, we were able to communicate. They initially claimed that my reservation was canceled due to an issue with my credit card, but after verifying that wasn't the case, they changed their story and said I had requested to move the reservation one day later, even though they had no proof of this request. They offered me a room for the next day, but couldn't do anything for that night. It was 1 am, and I had nowhere to go. After calling 12 other hotels, I finally found a room. The next day, when I returned for the remaining two nights, they charged me for all three nights, even though I hadn't stayed there the first night. When I raised my concern, they refunded the third night. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

our recent stay in Istanbul was made even better by the wonderful accommodations at Konak Bella 3. The staff was incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. We were impressed by the cleanliness and coziness of the room.
